Component: LineHeightControl

What?

This PR implements new CSF3 format Storybook documentation for the LineHeightControl component and also adds missing JSDocs.

Why?

  1. Provides clear visual documentation to help developers understand component behavior
  2. Ensures consistent component behavior across different use cases
  3. Facilitates easier code review and maintenance
